| DONT PLAY IN PAIN - Tuesday, March 30, 2010Do not play sport when in PAIN. Pain does not mean there is serious injury.There are many parts to the body that are put under enormous stress during sport.
In Basketball the knees and hips are under continual stress. Players have to jump, spin, accelerate, stop on a sixpence and be able to keep this up for 4 quarters...
Have your body treated on a regular basis, even if you are not in pain...
REMEMBER, YOUR TEAM DEPENDS ON YOU!!!
