As health and lifestyle consultants we educate elite athletes and sporting organisations on achieving optimum mind/body health, to maximise performance and reduce the risk of injury.
In SPORT, particularly at the elite level, the physical and mental demands increase every year as competition increases, techniques change and technologies improve. There are increasingly higher risks of injury as more and more demands are placed on the same bodies and minds.
Our Approach to Treatment
Our aim is to:
- assist the athlete to return to their sport as soon as possible following injury
- prevent injury by educating the athlete
Our treatment regime includes principles from:

- Yoga
We consider all aspects of the type of sport, from pro golf to elite rugby, when assessing the individual and designing the most suitable treatment program.
